imagine that moment of panic when you think you’re lost or realize that you’ve lost something: wallet, purse, cellphone, camera, earring, car keys (something you always use, something essential). hold on to that moment, add a bit of nausea,  and imagine what it’s like to feel that way every day, all day, without letting anyone know with a big smile on your face.
